Turkish club admits to signing Manchester United midfielder

Besiktas officials confirmed the interest of the club to Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini. However, Fellaini is not the only player they seek.

Fellaini's contract with Manchester United will end in June 2018. The situation has prompted interested clubs to want their services to start moving.

Fellaini is reportedly headed to a Turkish club with Besiktas or Galatasaray as a goal. This is due to the circulation of a photo of Fellaini's brother in Istanbul.

One of Besiktas's top brass, Metin Albayrak, admitted his club intended to bring Fellaini. Albayrak revealed his club had made a transfer plan.

"Fellaini is on our list and we will try to bring him in, but he is not the only player of choice, our talented team is monitoring 20 games each week," said Albayrak.

"The transfer plan is never over, we are always working, we monitor some players, the club has targets in Europe and Turkey, we will bring players in the winter transfer market or the end of the season," he continued.

Marouane Fellaini has strengthened Manchester United since 2013. Together with The Red Devils, Fellaini won titles including the Europa League and Community Shield.
